“Order” means a request submitted by the Customer via phone, email, or other approved method to purchase products or services from Villard Books. Orders are confirmed once a down payment is received through check, credit card, cash, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal.
When you submit an order or payment, you are purchasing the product for your personal use only. All products are non-refundable and come without any expressed or implied warranties. Refunds are offered only in specific circumstances and under the conditions mentioned below:
If you decide not to proceed with your project, you can request a refund within the first hour of placing your order. After that, a 40% processing fee will apply to any refund requests.
After your work is delivered, refunds are only considered once all other options have been exhausted:
If the work does not meet the project requirements you provided, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction. We can reassign or rewrite your project as needed to meet your expectations.
You may also reserve free pages of equal value for future use at any time.
Only if we are still unable to deliver the agreed-upon work will a refund be considered. In such cases, a mutually agreed percentage of the payment may be refunded, but only when the delivery falls completely short of the project requirements.
We strive to deliver every project on time. If, for any reason, we fail to do so, you may request a refund provided you have made at least three attempts to contact us. A refund will only be processed once it’s confirmed, with supporting documentation that the delay was from company’s side.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be honored. Please keep this deadline in mind when placing your order.
